LEAP Accelerate Consulting inspirE (ACE) is designed to accelerate the career development of aspiring business consultants and entrepreneurs. The mission of the program is to accelerate consulting offeree career development, coach prospective consulting applicants to land offers, and inspire young professionals' interest in consulting. Backed by seasoned consultants within the LEAP network, the program offers unparalleled expertise and a strong alumni network. Its hands-on approach involves experienced consultants from top strategic consulting firms advising pro bono project teams, solving real problems for clients, and offering personalized coaching. The community fosters collaboration, allowing each attendee to find case partners and tackle business challenges together. The program officially started on April 28, 2024. In the past, the program has helped companies across industries and development stages to fuel growth, optimize cost, and craft implementation plans. For example, it has drafted and helped implement business strategies for education companies and crafted growth strategies for a SaaS (Software as a Service) company to achieve its top-line targets.
